I considered this an excellent speech. I met with and voted for Rubio before he won his second Senate election. I was very happy with him and his politics. He wavered a little at one point and I had serious doubts about him. Since he became Secretary of State, I have gotten back my enthusiasm as he has proven himself to be patriotic MAGA material.
