Maybe Bitch McConnel is still "alive", maybe he isn't. The criminals running things are more than willing to keep his death quiet till after the deadline for people to seek his office passes. That way THEY decide who his replacement is.

A single still photo? Very suspect- if it's real, they probably just told him he's getting green Jello for lunch to get him to smile- it worked with Biden for 4 years-
If he can dictate a lengthy statement like this, then he can record a 3 minute video of himself reading this-
Even if ... IF, that picture is authentic, that statement had to be written by staff or his wife. It would have taken a week for the Turtle to have spit that out. I'm not ready to say he's still with us or gone, but I've heard people say they need to keep up impressions until some time in August ...
