This has to be stopped. America needs to bring back insane asylums ... NOW. Our children are suffering unbelievable abuses.

ReplyDeleteIn Florida, "Old Sparky" is in semi-retirement. The last electrocution in the chair in Florida was in 1999. In 2000, lethal injection became the accepted method of execution ... BUT, in Florida, death row inmates may still request to be executed in the electric chair if they wish.
