Ramirez Cartoons lean to the left most of the time. He's trying to portray Fauci as "Science" being burned at the stake in some kind of a 'witch burning' in the old days by Rand Paul as a religious fanatic. When in actuality Paul and the other Republican members showed, without a doubt, Fauci lied and science was on the opposing side of Fauci. Fauci lied, the sheep believed him, the media argued his case, and we will never know how many people died at his blood soaked hands.
