The officers that survived this were miraculously lucky.
Reports are that the plane pilot was returning to the area after doing maintenance on the plane somewhere south of PA. The pilot of the plane died in the accident. He was an ER Doctor for Penn State Hershey Hospital. The 2 Troopers in the helicopter were injured. One was released today, the other is still in the hospital with more severe injuries. Prayers for everyone involved and affected by this.
