We probably live in the same kind of areas. Haven't seen any here, occasionally I see one of those signs on a trailer that tells you what the speed limit is and how fast you're going.
Thank you for that link, FNB. I found out that there are several ALPR's in my city. They are all located near schools in my city except for one that is on the main road going through the least desirable section of the city.
